Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>
Oversee all aspects of the Adventure Park&rsquo;s operations: from hiring team members, maintaining safety standards, managing equipment &amp; facilities, to defining guest&#8209;experience policies.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are implemented, safety checks performed regularly, and equipment is maintained to highest standards.</p></li><li><p>
Lead, train and develop staff; manage guest service quality; liaise with marketing and internal departments for promotional activities.</p></li><li><p>
Work actively in an outdoor adventure&#8209;facility setting with dynamic thrill&#8209; and family&#8209;based activities such as ziplines, rope courses, climbing walls, giant swings, etc.</p></li></ul><b><br>
Qualifications</b><p><br>
Minimum Qualifications &amp; Skills</p><ul><li><p>
At least 2 years&rsquo; experience in a similar role (Adventure Park Manager or comparable operational manager in leisure/park setting).</p></li><li><p>
English fluency required; other languages beneficial.</p></li><li><p>
Current internationally recognised First Aid/CPR certification.</p></li><li><p>
Strong attention to detail, ability to work in outdoor settings, passion for training and developing staff.</p></li><li><p>
Educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent; preference for Bachelor&rsquo;s degree depending on employer</p></li></ul></div>
