   To act as, and to fulfil the duties of the Engineer/Lead Consultant with regards to assigned duties, delegated authority and be directly responsible to the Employer during the construction of the works

   Manage deployment of resources to create project team capable of effectively completing the project with best quality standards. Monitor cost aspects of the supervision contract, forecast final costs, identify trends and take action to avoid cost overruns
  </li>

   Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project

   Oversee establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required

   Promote technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes

   Review all shop/working/as-built drawings, design proposals, method statements, material submissions, any requests for information relating to the works with in the contract. Ensure accuracy, completeness of records and compliance to project KPI for document turnaround

   Coordinate with Client/Project Manager, the Contractor and concerned Authorities. Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in meetings in support of clients.

   Work with the key project individuals to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work

   Advice the client and company management of any such changes
  </li>
  <li>
   Establish the program requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria

In this role you will provide all necessary assistance concerning all landscape and irrigation networks related works including design review and construction supervision works under the guidance of the PMC Team Leader.

   Extensive knowledge in the names and types of softscape &amp; hardscape items with the requirement for each.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review landscape, hardscape and irrigation networks technical design packages and provide comments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review and comments on the landscape, hardscape and irrigation network Engineering submittals (shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific landscape &amp; hardscape issues as required by the client.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide support to the Construction Supervision team and as a client representative, oversee landscape &amp; hardscape construction services.
  </li>

   Liaise with Landscape &amp; hardscape Design Consultants and Contractors.
  </li>

   Coordinate with other relevant disciplines such as Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects etc.

   Attend weekly / monthly meetings as necessary with specific regard to landscape and HSSE issues

   Liaise with Key Stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover of Landscape &amp; hardscape assets on completion of works

   Provide Landscape &amp; hardscape input to weekly / monthly reports.
  </li>

   Ensure the timely review of all documents submitted by the Consultant and/or Contractor.
  </li>
  <li>
   Inform the Landscape Design Architect and/or Team Leader of any potential delays in the project completion or milestones.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in all site safety training and comply with all site safety protocols.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide all necessary on-site direction and assist the Construction Manager to issue site instructions for Landscape &amp; hardscape, irrigation and associated items.

   Check and measure the performed work in his/her line of work, record and help the Team Leader to display progress vs programmed work.

   Ensure correctness and completeness of &lsquo;As-Built&rsquo; drawings within his/her line of work.
