 The ideal candidate will have significant law firm experience representing owners and developers in all phases of the construction of commercial and residential real estate. Required experience includes drafting and negotiating design, engineering, consulting, and construction agreements, as well as right of entry and access agreements, and closeout agreements. Candidates should also have experience resolving construction-related disputes outside of arbitration and litigation, and advising clients on construction claims. A strong working knowledge of construction case law and the New York Lien Law is essential. Transactional real estate experience &ndash; in the areas of development, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and/or financing &ndash; is a plus.

Nurse Case Manager<br><br>Coordinate the delivery of health care services for adults with disabilities residing in residential programs.<br><br>Oversee general health issues for people with autism in Residential programs or day programs<br><br>Monitor medication and medical records for people receiving services<br><br>Consult with MD's to ensure optimal medical treatments are provided to people being supported<br><br>Supervise direct support professional (DSP) staff administration of medication to people receiving services<br><br>Ensures medical follow up (i.e. appt.'s, labs obtain prescribed medication, etc.) occurs in a timely manner<br><br>Ensures individuals are receiving prescribed medications, treatments and nutrition/diet as ordered<br><br>Accompanies/transports individuals to appointments when needed, due to staffing needs<br><br>Maintains accurate mandated medical records<br><br>Attends internal team meetings as scheduled<br><br>Qualifications & Work Experience<br><br>1-2 years LPN experience highly preferred<br><br>Valid NYS LPN license in good standing required<br><br>Associates Degree in Nursing required<br><br>Knowledge of OPWDD regulations is highly preferred<br><br>BLS, CPR certified; SCIP-R certification required<br><br>Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb. items required<br><br>Organizational skills, and Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with coworkers, individuals served, families and outside contacts is essential<br><br>Must be able to maintain Individual/family confidentiality<br><br>+ Be responsible for performing nursing assessments and diagnoses<br><br>+ Work in conjunction with other members of the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive health outcomes.<br><br>+ Provides guidance and training to direct care staff to ensure proper delivery of health care services.<br><br>Requirements include:<br><br>+ NYS RN License<br><br>+ Prior nursing experience and/or experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.<br><br>+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.<br><br>+ Ability to travel to and access multiple locations throughout the metropolitan area.<br><br>+ Able to work flexible hours and/or days.<br><br>We offer a competitive salary and an enviable list of comprehensive benefits which includes four weeks' vacation, personal and holiday days, tuition reimbursement, license renewal and/ conference/workshop reimbursement, medical, dental, life insurance, and 403(b).
