<ul><li>Proven capabilities in managing complex projects in tough environment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven skill in managing multicultural teams with different competences and experiences</li></ul>
<ul><li>Understanding of functional safety principles in engineering projects, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with railway industry regulations and safety standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Awareness of safety processes outlined by relevant authorities, such as ERA</li></ul>
<ul><li>Basic knowledge of RAMS analysis software, with a willingness to gain proficiency.</li></ul>
<ul><li>International standards: EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129, IEC 61508</li></ul>
<ul><li>RAMS Analysis Techniques: FMEA, FMECA, FTA, ETA, RBD</li></ul>
<ul><li>Risk &amp; Safety Assessment: PHA, IHA, Hazard Logs &amp; Risk Matrices, ALARP, SIL</li></ul>
