</li></ul>The key objectives for this role are:
To plan, manage, and supervise all scaffolding activities on ADNOC projects, ensuring full compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, project specifications, and international safety regulations. The Scaffolding Superintendent is responsible for safe execution, quality control, manpower coordination, and timely completion of scaffolding works.</div>
 <div><ul><li>Lead and supervise scaffolding operations for ADNOC projects (EPC / PMC environments)
</li><li>Ensure scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities comply with ADNOC standards and project specifications
</li><li>Review IFC drawings, method statements, and risk assessments prior to execution
</li><li>Coordinate with construction, mechanical, piping, and maintenance teams for scaffolding requirements
</li><li>Plan work sequences to meet project schedules and milestones
</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to ADNOC HSE standards, PTW (Permit to Work), and risk management procedures
</li><li>Conduct regular site safety inspections and toolbox talks
</li><li>Ensure compliance with:

</li><li>Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
</li><li>Ensure 100% scaffold tagging system (Scaftag or equivalent) implementation

</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and yard teams for scaffold material availability
</li><li>Monitor productivity and optimize workforce utilization
</li><li>Maintain scaffolding registers and tracking logs
</li><li>Ensure scaffold structures meet load-bearing requirements and inspection standards
</li><li>Coordinate with QA/QC department for inspection approvals
</li><li>Maintain scaffold inspection records and documentation
</li><li>Supervise scaffold supervisors, inspectors, and scaffolders
</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentoring
</li><li>Interface with ADNOC representatives, PMC, and client inspectors

<div>The Medical Logistics Site Superintendent is responsible to the Medical Functional Lead for the effective and efficient management of all assigned medical GPMS projects. Responsible for providing supervision, training and management direction to personnel in the conduction of Medical Material functions. Responsible for preparing and maintaining manual or mechanized property accounting records and data on items to be requisitioned for assigned GPMS projects. Maintains coordination with the Medical Functional Lead for guidance in the development and implementation of standard, integrated and responsive logistics policies, processes and procedures. Responsible for coordinating and monitoring BioMedical equipment activities. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Principal Accountabilities<ul>
<li>
Assists the Functional Lead in developing effective and efficient logistics policies and procedures and in ensuring compliance with DOD and USAF directives.</li>
<li>Supervises the receipt, storage and issue of material for all assigned GPMS projects.</li>
<li>Evaluates supply efficiency through inspections and computer prepared management products.</li>
<li>Supervises all inventories and performs limited inspections ensuring supplies and equipment have had quality assurance inspections completed and that Medical Logistics computer system (DMLSS) records have been updated.</li>
<li>Supervises subordinate activities on all warehouse phases for storage of medical GPMS and subsistence. Ensures all material is stored and located in accordance with all supply, warehouse and HAZMAT disposition directives.</li>
<li>Ensures the timely and effective reporting and disposition of excess material and ensures the effective management of expiration dated items.</li>
<li>Supervises the out shipment of GPMS for deployment and the reconstitution of assets when returned.</li>
<li>Assigns personnel to work positions, determines manpower levels as work requirements change and reassigns personnel accordingly to gain maximum mission effectiveness.</li>
<li>Supervises Bio-Medical Maintenance Technicians (BMET), verifies monthly maintenance goals are achieved, TMDE program is managed properly and DMLSS data entry is accomplished IAW with governing regulations.</li>
<li>Develops work standards for subordinates. Implements the precepts of quality assurance within the guidelines set forth in the ISO 9001 program. Ensures that all work is completed to this quality standard and provides employees with feedback on their progress.</li>
<li>Establishes and conducts and effective on-the-job and safety training program.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements<ul>
<li>
Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.</li>
<li>Must have extensive knowledge of the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support System (DMLSS).</li>
<li>Knowledge of mathematics, supply regulations, medical supply procedures, warehousing, material handling techniques, safety procedures and methods of training required.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Must have solid background in DMLSS Assemblage Management (AM) and Equipment Management (EM).</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of ten years' experience as an USAF Medical Material Specialist and five years as a supervisor.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance.</li>
<li>Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.</li>
<li>Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally.</li></ul>
