Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Security Supervisor include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Supervise, train, and schedule security guards to ensure continuous 24/7 coverage.</li><li>
Lead emergency responses for incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches, coordinating with Sharjah Police or Civil Defence when required.</li><li>
Monitor CCTV systems and conduct routine patrols to identify risks and security vulnerabilities.</li><li>
Prepare comprehensive daily reports and detailed incident logs for management.</li><li>
Oversee access control procedures for visitors, contractors, and vehicles.</li><li>
Ensure all security equipment&mdash;CCTV, scanners, radios, and related hardware&mdash;is functional and properly maintained.</li><li>
Maintain a professional security environment and uphold company and legal security standards.</li></ul> 
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>
Valid SIRA (Dubai) or ASSID/PSBD (Sharjah/Northern Emirates) Security Supervisor license.</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a supervisory security role.</li><li>
Strong command of English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is highly preferred for managing diverse teams.</li><li>
Certified in First Aid and Firefighting (Civil Defence approved).</li><li>
Physically fit and able to remain on foot for extended periods.</li><li>
Ability to handle emergencies and high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.</li><li>
Proficient in operating modern IP-CCTV systems and digital reporting tools.</li><li>
Preferred: Immediate joiners</li><li>
