Role Summary:
The Senior Architect will take a lead role in the design development, coordination, and delivery of highend residential and villa projects, from early concept through to construction support. The position requires strong technical capability, confidence in UAE authority processes, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead and contribute to architectural design development for luxury villas and residential communities</li><li>
Coordinate architectural packages across all project phases, ensuring design intent, compliance, and constructability</li><li>
Work closely with engineering consultants, specialist designers, and internal construction teams</li><li>

Qualifications
