<br><div><ul><li>Responsible for the preparation and completion of the legal entity statutory accounts and tax returns, ensuring that there is supporting information held for all balances and disclosures reported, and that deadlines for returns are met
</li><li>Support the co-ordination and completion of the EMEA statutory audit process for each legal entity and acting as a key focal point for the external auditors
</li><li>Act as a focal point for the outsourced tax professionals and ensuring that the overall tax analysis collection process is managed and coordinated in a proper manner
</li><li>All VAT filings and compliance are completed within the statutory deadline
</li><li>Responsible for Personnel Income tax and Social Security compliance
</li><li>Maintain the cashflow position by working closely with the Group Treasury team
</li><li>Ensure global compliance tool is maintained and kept up-to-date in line with filings
</li><li>Ensure results are accurately reported and analyzed
</li><li>Focal point for the implementation of the corporate tax in UAE including the transfer pricing mechanism
</li><li>Preparation / Review of Balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and Government surveys
</li><li>Focal point of contact for all matters relating to Finance Shared Centre
</li><li>Liaising with external, internal and client auditors
