GENERAL SUMMARY
The Field Service Engineer will report directly to the Service Centre Manager &ndash; Abu Dhabi and will work on a diverse range of Celeros Flow Technology brands and products as well as third party equipment. The Field Service Engineer will partner with the Field Service and Workshop Teams (as necessary), to provide world class support and solutions to our customers by installing equipment, identifying and correcting equipment faults and by servicing, maintaining and refurbishing equipment at customer sites. The key requirements of this role are to ensure the smooth running of equipment at customer sites and to prepare reports accordingly. The position holder will primarily be required to undertake activities from external locations such as customer sites and will occasionally be required to undertake activities at the workshop in the Abu Dhabi Service Centre, as deemed appropriate.
The Field Service Engineer will have a working knowledge and experience of API Pumps, pump commissioning in the field, and pump workshop services. 
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the installation of new equipment at site.</li><li>
Coordinate with manufacturing facilities to prearrange documentation, parts and information required to enable efficient commissioning and installation of new equipment.</li><li>
Service equipment &amp; perform equipment maintenance in accordance with customer service agreement.</li><li>
Troubleshoot equipment / system problems and provide technical support and guidance to customers.
</li><li>Perform emergency breakdown service for customers, on 24 hour per day 7 day per week basis.</li><li>
Interact with facilities on warranty related service work when on site, as necessary.</li><li>
Lead the inspection and / or removal of equipment from sites for transfer to the Service Centre as and when required.</li><li>
Lead investigations, either at sites or the Service Centre (as necessary) to quantify possible extent and source of reported operational problems.</li><li>
Disassemble equipment to identify and solve operational problems and to perform maintenance as necessary, install new parts or use agreed refurbishment techniques as necessary and then reassemble equipment.</li><li>
Produced detailed reports including digital photographs.
</li><li>Lead the re-installation of equipment at site.</li><li>
Perform the necessary condition monitoring and performance monitoring of equipment.</li><li>
Promote the use of Celeros FT original parts and the use of service agreements to customers.</li><li>
Create a positive work environment / relationship with colleagues and customers.</li><li>
Lead on-site field service teams, including Celeros FT Workshop Technicians and sub-vendors under the supervision of Celeros FT.
</li><li>Carry out inspections and QC activities to ensure all work meet the required standard.
</li><li>Provide assistance in the Service Centre Workshop as required.</li><li>
Proactively participate in operational activities for all Celeros Flow Technology brands and products to develop and expand knowledge and product expertise.

The role involves overseeing all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and ELV systems from pre-concept through tender stage, ensuring full compliance with local authority requirements and project standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead MEP design development from pre-concept, concept/master planning, detailed design, through to tender documentation</li><li>Ensure full coordination across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and ELV systems</li><li>Review and validate system design including equipment sizing, routing, service zones, and capacities</li><li>Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authority regulations including ADM, Estidama, Civil Defense, and ADDC</li><li>Liaise with relevant authorities and manage submissions, approvals, and resubmissions</li><li>Identify and resolve clashes with architectural, structural, and interior design elements</li><li>Conduct coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structure, BIM, ID)</li><li>Review and approve shop drawings, ensuring alignment with design intent and site conditions</li><li>Prepare and/or review technical specifications, equipment schedules, and BOQs</li><li>Supervise drafting and design teams to ensure high-quality IFC and tender deliverables</li><li>Review BIM models and clash detection reports to ensure coordination efficiency</li><li>Present technical solutions and design intent to stakeholders and consultants</li><li>Support procurement and construction teams with technical clarifications and value engineering</li></ul>Preferred Profile<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably within the UAE</li><li>Strong experience in MEP design and coordination for residential and mixed-use projects</li><li>In-depth knowledge of UAE authority requirements (ADM, Estidama, Civil Defense, ADDC)</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.)</li><li>Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills</li></ul>Salary<ul><li>Salary will be discussed during the interview</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED1.00 per monthWork Location: In person
