Major accountabilities of Position:
<ul><li>An experienced and highly skilled Senior Instrumentation and Control Engineer to oversee detail Engineering of the instrumentation and control systems for major offshore oil and gas project. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and advanced control systems and instrumentation equipment in complex, large-scale projects. This position requires deep technical knowledge and the capacity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery meets industry standards and specifications.
</li><li>The candidate shall have high technical knowledge and proven experience of delivering offshore detail Engineering projects (both green field and Brownfield) involving processing platforms and Well Head Towers.
</li><li>Interaction with vendors, review and evaluation of vendor offer and preparation of TBEs for ICSS and other Instrumentation equipment/items in major projects. Candidate shall have experience of generating/reviewing all the engineering documents.
</li><li>Develop discipline work plans. Overall supervision of I&amp;C engineers, designers and technical personnel in the execution of the project and development of project deliverables. Having experience of Workshare with support offices.
</li><li>Provide technical expertise and support in the specification, design, and selection of instruments, controllers, and control systems.
</li><li>Manage all aspects of instrumentation and control engineering on assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning and risk management.
</li><li>Manage design change within project budget and schedule framework. Work closely with Lead engineer, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration and timely completion of the project.
</li><li>Oversee the preparation of design deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements.
</li><li>Effective interaction with client engineering team for approval of design deliverables.
</li><li>Represent organizational competency and capabilities at various forums.
</li><li>Offshore design of Control room, Local Equipment Room (LER) in the offshore Oil &amp; Gas project. Instrumentation and Control System design for the assigned project interacting with other disciplines, client and vendors as required. Design of ICSS, F&amp;G, ESD.
</li><li>Experience in the production, design, evaluation and specification of I&amp;C equipment and automation systems, package items and I&amp;C bulk items including cabling in detailed design packages List.
</li><li>Development of I&amp;C specifications, data sheets, Instrumentation &amp; Control System Philosophy, Control System Architecture, Instrument Adequacy Report , Instrument Index , I&amp;C Cable Block Diagrams , I&amp;C Equipment.

<li>Bachelor's degree in electrical /Instrumentation Engineering</li>

Experience Required

<li>Minimum 17 years of experience in which 10 years in the oil and gas industry.</li>
<li>Must have worked in large EPC oil and gas projects in the E&amp;I construction role.</li>
<li>PMC experience.</li>
<li>Previous ADNOC project experience is an added advantage.</li>
<li>Good experience in the Gas processing projects</li>
