Qualifications:</div>

Master&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degrees preferable).</li><li>
At least 5 years of professional experience, with proven experience in senior roles within the transportation infrastructure of at least 3 years.</li><li>
Proven track record in delivering at least 2 major railway projects in a similar role (Junior PMO Manager, Project Coordinator or equivalent).</li><li>
At least 2 years of previous working experience in GCC region (Gulf Cooperation Council) required.</li><li>
Experience with project management and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, Excel, Power BI).</li><li>
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to collaborate in multicultural teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>
Familiarity with international project management standards (e.g. PMI, Prince2) beneficial.</li><li>
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous.</li><li>
Willingness to travel as per project/client/company requirements.</li></ul></div></div>
