   About the Role

  We are looking for &ldquo;Senior Project Finance Specialist&rdquo; to be assigned to &Uuml;sk&uuml;dar office affiliated to Kalyon Construction, one of our Holding Group Companies.
 </p>

   Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <p>
  <strong>
   Transaction Execution:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Being responsible for the end-to-end execution of origination of project finance, corporate finance, and ECA deals, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  </li>
  <li>
   To lead the financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment of potential banks and/or investors.
  </li>
  <li>
   To review and negotiate term sheet, finance, loan, security, and hedging documentation.
  </li>
  <li>
   To collaborate closely with the project team, taking a role in preparing all necessary project documentation, completing condition precedent and condition subsequent, as well as being a part of the due diligence and Q&amp;A process.
  </li>
  <li>
   To collaborate with legal and other advisors to ensure seamless project execution.
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>

 <p>
  <strong>
   Corporate Finance and Financial Modelling:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   To ensure that the processes related to budget, long-term business plans and modeling are managed in a timely and correct manner, and to be involved in and support the decision-making processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintaining and developing financial modeling and/or cash flow and/or financial planning and analyzing and/or budgeting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Preparing and analyzing the complex financial models, including detailed analysis of input assumptions, outputs and conducting sensitivity analysis.
  </li>
  <li>
   Preparing investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and potential lenders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong understanding of the financial performance of the projects and ensuring the efficient use of financial resources.
  </li>
 </ul>

  <strong>
   Qualifications
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Graduated from Economics, Business Administration or Engineering Departments.
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 5 years in corporate finance, project finance, ECA finance, procurement finance, investment banking, M&amp;A fields in banks, developers, investors, private equity, equipment suppliers, consultancy companies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Having experience on ECA transactions and LMA Standard transactions are a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Having experience on energy, infrastructure, or public-private-partnership (PPP) type of transactions are a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Masters&rsquo; Degree is a plus.
  </li>
 </ul>

   Required Skills
  </strong>

  <li>
   Excellent command of verbal and written English.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent command of MS-Office Applications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain and develop financial modelling and/or cash flow and/or financial planning, analyzing and/or budgeting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Loan Documentation review and negotiation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and learn on the job in a dynamic work environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic, organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be self-motivated.
  </li>
  <li>
   Advanced communication, interpersonal skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong team working skills, having &ldquo;us&rdquo; mentality.
  </li>
  <li>
