The Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and ensuring delivery of the marketing programs to support the expansion and growth of the brand. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of data acquisition and growth, marketing automation and building brand awareness and communities.
You&rsquo;ll be strategic and tactical, with the ability to approach campaigns holistically, utilising resources internally and externally to help share the stories and messaging. You will meticulously measure the output of your efforts, continuously improving the campaign to ensure commercial objectives are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver marketing campaigns in line with business objectives</li><li>
Deploy successful digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including generating MQL, SEO enhancements, email marketing and social media</li><li>
Create engaging and compelling customer experience through virtual or physical b2b events (trade shows)</li><li>
Manage costs and optimise spend across marketing channels and prove ROI</li><li>

Analyse and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns</li><li>
Capture and analyse relevant and timely data on our customers, prospects and the markets via onsite &amp; post-show surveys, registration forms, industry research</li><li>
Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered to</li><li>
Ensure delivery and accuracy of pre-agreed reports during and post-campaign to monitor channel effectiveness and ROI</li><li>
Use recommended campaign analytics dashboards to monitor performance</li><li>

PLANNING &amp; CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT<ul><li>
Work with the event team to plan product marketing campaigns to meet strategic objectives &ndash; for exhibitions and virtual/hybrid events</li><li>
Monitor operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines (including Gantt charts, Time &amp; Action Plans, Content Calendars, Budget Trackers)</li><li>
Monitor engagement with target media, associations, industry partners and social media influencers and help the team determine how they fit within the integrated campaign</li><li>
Development of marketing budgets in line with plans and ensure budget trackers are up to date</li><li>
Recommend external suppliers and ensure adherence to contractual terms and delivery</li><li>
Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver digital marketing, social media, and PR in line with marketing plans to hit agreed KPI's</li><li>

Ensure that timely, relevant communications are sent through a full mix of channels and are optimised for each channel</li><li>
Monitor and recommend adjustments to the digital marketing activity based on performance metrics</li><li>
Manage the Content Calendar to ensure delivery through the most relevant channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail etc.)</li><li>
Manage the PR plan (internal or external) and liaise with the event manager/event director</li><li>
Establish relationships with and manage strategic partners to ensure maximum exposure at the lowest cost</li><li>
Ensure the maintenance of active social media channels in line with market expectations, monitor engagement and maximise conversion</li><li>
Oversee the design and production of all marketing collateral to be determined within the marketing plan</li><li>
Ensure all marketing collateral, email marketing, website content and digital marketing is thoroughly proofed, adheres to brand guidelines, and agreed Informa standards</li></ul>

Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred)</li>
<li>5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B logistics or forwarding</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.</li>
<li>Good command in English and Turkish (written&amp;spoken)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>

Red Bull

 The Culture Marketing Manager is part of the national Culture Marketing team and is responsible for dedicated projects within the overall program. These projects can include whole areas (e.g., events and content projects) or individual projects (e.g., artist projects). This is a key position, interfacing with Red Bull artists, dancers, agencies, and vendors within the entertainment and culture environment. You will be responsible for implementing defined strategies and ensuring long-term initiatives and relationships that impact the business within culture playgrounds.  Culture Marketing Plan
 
 
 
 Create an annual Culture Marketing plan and deliver on set targets. Realise selected culture marketing initiatives and projects as part of the overall marketing plan. Establish and maintain long-term culture platforms in music, dance, street culture and beyond. Negotiate and secure relevant music rights to ensure all created content can be sufficiently utilised via our media business. Work closely together with sales, communications and brand department.
 
 
 
 Management of Red Bull Collaborator's Structure, Agencies and Suppliers
 
 
 
 Briefing and management of outside specialists/agencies. Controlling the realisation of events and other relevant culture marketing activities. Budget responsibility for selected areas of the national programme.
 
 
 
 Artist/Dancer Network &amp; Event Program
 
 
 
 
 Establish a rich network in the fields of culture in general in particular to be aware of new upcoming trends and movements in music, dance, stand up and street culture. Establish a strong portfolio of key artists to work with on various projects and programmes within the World of Red Bull. Take care of an optimum usage of the Red Bull product in focused cultured playgrounds in collaboration with SOL program and secure a perfect communication about the brand and the product.  Co-ordination of activities with On-Premise, Sport, Student Brand Manager and Communication departments to maximise efficiencies and consumer impact.  Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

 At least 4 years of previous work experience in music/dance/culture related event marketing environment and creative-based roles in relevant playgrounds

 Working experience in event management, content creation, agency and artist management.

 <li>
 A proven track record of successful, innovative projects with KPIs especially in area of music.
