</p>
Leads the end-to-end demand planning process, ensuring strong alignment between Brand, Sales &amp; Supply Chain to deliver a reliable and unified sales plan. Plays a critical role in enabling commercial success by balancing demand, inventory, and financial targets.</div>

This role reports directly to the Senior Director Finance T&uuml;rkiye.<br>
<p>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p></div>
<ul>
<li>Facilitate monthly demand review process.</li>
<li>Drive regular demand updates in line with the latest net sales plan.</li>
<li>Drive financial kick-off with Brand and channels to start marketing seasons, providing financial and volume guidance and ensuring consistent planning during execution.</li>
<li>Drive regular discussions to align KCC with Category Leads (NS, SM, VOL &amp; buy) for mid- and long-term planning and ensure accurate reflection in IBP.</li>
<li>IBP: Drive consensus plan between Sales &amp; Marketing.</li>
<li>Act as a strong business partner for the Brand Category Planning team, supporting business development and critical discussions with regional/global stakeholders.</li>
<li>Lead the Operational Demand Planning (ODP) process, ensuring the integrity of RDP (rolling demand plan) upload into APO (at article and size level) across channels. Ensure alignment to IBP.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Supply Chain and Local Sourcing teams, providing full visibility of the Rolling Demand Plan (RDP) to support buy, phasing, and capacity planning. Highlight risks &amp; opportunities with a key article focus to support in-season decision-making.</li>
<li>Review and challenge inventory planning assumptions to ensure optimal inventory levels supporting sales ambitions.</li>
<li>Ensure standard margin controlling aligns the latest demand plan with targets.</li>
<li>Drive/support cross-functional demand and buy plan alignment with SLT.</li>
<li>Facilitate regular RDP, buy, and inventory review meetings.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate IBP submission as per deadlines.</li>
<li>Leverage reporting/dashboards or support demand planning-related projects (e.g., GIM tool, IBP25, M3, inventory enhancements).</li>

The role reports directly to the VP of EEMEA, Animal Health, and involves active participation as a member of the EEMEA RLT. Responsibilities include direct oversight of commercial strategy, financial performance, and operational excellence. The incumbent will assume ownership of the countries P&amp;L, strategic direction, portfolio lifecycle, and organizational health, ensuring that global and regional goals are translated into concrete, market-specific outcomes.</p><p></p><p><b>
Main Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li>
Own annual operating budgets, sales forecasts and profit plans for T&uuml;rkiye; validate assumptions, set challenging but realistic targets, and present the plan to EEMEA/EURAM leadership. Accountable for all P&amp;L levers and financial impact of strategic decisions.</li><li>
Develop and execute a 3&ndash;5 year strategic roadmap to grow and diversify the business. Define initiatives, allocate resources, set KPIs and governance, and lead quarterly reviews.</li><li>
Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis to shape strategy and anticipate competitor moves; act as the primary market intelligence source for EEMEA leadership.</li><li>
Coach and align country leadership teams: drive cross-border collaboration, run field visits and regional meetings, and implement coaching and incentive frameworks to build capability and a shared-success culture.</li><li>
Build and maintain executive relationships with key customers, distributors, opinion leaders and authorities to secure strategic partnerships and influence market practices.</li><li>
Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulations; promote ethical behavior, anti-corruption standards, pharmacovigilance and a speak-up culture.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
