 What You&acute;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Act as the primary point of contact supporting the General Manager, ensuring effective communication and coordination with regional and global teams as well as key internal stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and optimize the General Manager&rsquo;s calendar, prioritizing business-critical meetings, strategic engagements, and leadership interactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and organize Executive Committee (ExCom) meetings, including agenda planning, stakeholder alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and consolidate executive-level presentations, reports, and business materials in collaboration with regional and global teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the General Manager on business-related topics by facilitating information flow, conducting background research, and compiling insights for decision-making processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture key discussion points, decisions, and action plans from leadership meetings, ensuring alignment and timely follow-up across stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize complex travel arrangements and accommodation plans aligned with business priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and manage executive communications, correspondence, and internal announcements with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

 What makes you a good fit

 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field minimum 7 years of experience supporting executive-level management
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a multinational environment preferred; FMCG industry experience is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish Experience in project and/or event management
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in corporate communications is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
