Position Statement
The role will report into the Director Customer Engagement West &amp; South Europe and you will work closely with the Regional Procurement Manager T&uuml;rkiye and team. Position Summary:
Account Management and Business Development (65%)<ul><li>
Visit partner hotels to realize operational savings using HSM&rsquo;s suppliers.</li><li>
The first point of contact for clients in region.</li><li>
Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with all internal and external stakeholders/personnel whether in person, digital meetings or via telephone.</li><li>

 Minimum 7 years of Key Account experience

 Previous experience of managing Key Accounts
 </li>

 Strong commercial acumen with a close attention to detail

 Self-motivated and able to work independently

Intercompany Order Management &ndash; Manage and coordinate intercompany orders across global sites to ensure smooth operations.

Your Profile &ndash; What do You bring as Customer Operations Executive?</div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
</li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in after-sales operations, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
</li><li>Knowledge of intercompany sales processes, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking
</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
</li><li>Experience with SAP
