What you'll do:</i></b></p>

<li>Own website strategy &amp; management: Oversee CLEAR's website as a marketing channel ensuring content, UX, and performance align with business goals.</li>
<li>Lead SEO marketing initiatives: Drive organic growth by improving search visibility through keyword research, on-page optimization, and enhanced results (e.g., FAQs, how-to guides, events).</li>
<li>Build a content engine: Develop and scale a blog strategy that strengthens our thought leadership and fuels enrollments by garnering organic search engine and LLM-referral traffic.</li>
<li>Implement structured data: Leverage structured data Schema Markup to increase appearances in SERP Features and visibility in LLMs, statically for individual pages and programmatically where feasible.</li>

<li>Analyze and improve customer journeys: Evaluate how visitors move through the site and enhance their experience by making pages faster, easier to use, and aligned with Google's performance standards.</li>
<li>Site testing &amp; personalization: Launch testing and personalization initiatives on the sitewide or individual page level, leveraging insights from said initiatives to improve the production site's conversation rate.</li>
