The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the day- to-day technical execution and site delivery of the Civil Condition Assessment Project for Client. The role leads inspection, testing, structural assessment, and reporting activities across assigned plant divisions, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with contractual requirements, Client Engineering Standards, and Bureau Veritas Quality and HSE Management Systems.  Technical Execution
 Lead and supervise civil and structural condition assessment activities across assigned facilities.

 Interpret inspection and test results, determine deterioration mechanisms, and develop repair recommendations and prioritisation.

 Track quantities executed against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ﬂag scope variations or ambiguities early.

 Act as the senior on-site technical focal point for assigned divisions.
 Supervise Team Leaders, inspectors, and technicians; verify competency, attendance, and productivity.
 Coordinate site access, permits, shutdown windows, and logistics with client Gas operations teams.
 Ensure adequate manpower, equipment, and consumables are mobilised in line with the plan.

 </div><div>Support the Project Manager as a technical interface with Client Gas engineering and operations personnel.
 Attend and contribute to progress, technical, and site coordination meetings.
 Respond to client technical queries, site observations, and clariﬁcation requests within agreed timeframes.
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">HSE Management</h2>
 Ensure full compliance with Client HSE requirements and Bureau Veritas HSE procedures on site.
 Prepare and implement Risk Assessments, Method Statements, JSAs, and Permit-to-Work documentation.
 Conduct toolbox talks, site HSE inspections, and safety observations.
 Report and investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
 Promote and reinforce a Zero Incident culture.

Ensure inspection, testing, and reporting activities comply with ISO 9001 and project quality requirements.
 </div><div>Verify calibration and suitability of inspection and testing equipment.
 Review deliverables for technical accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to submission.
 Support closure of NCRs, observations, and corrective actions within agreed timeframes.

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress inputs for the Project Manager.

<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualiﬁcations</h1>
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in condition assessment, asset integrity, or structural inspection projects.
 </div><div>Experience on similar or other major oil &amp; gas facilities is highly desirable.
 Professional certiﬁcation (e.g. ACI Concrete Inspector, ASNT/NDT Level II, UAE Society of Engineers registration) is an advantage.
 Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

Project Engineer

The role ensures that condition assessment activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, Bureau Veritas procedures, and approved inspection methodologies. The Team Leader is responsible for the quality of field inspections, coordination of daily activities, and timely submission of inspection records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Operations

Job Description 
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our Construction Supervision team, overseeing the delivery of villa developments and residential communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all structural works are executed in accordance with the contract documents, approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
Working closely with the Resident Engineer and multidisciplinary site team, the Structural Engineer will monitor construction activities, review contractor submissions, inspect structural works, and ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery from foundation works through to handover.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Supervise all structural construction activities for villa developments, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable local authority regulations.</li><li>
Conduct regular site inspections of excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steel (where applicable), retaining walls, and other structural elements.</li><li>
Review and provide technical comments on shop drawings, reinforcement detailing, material submittals, method statements, and Requests for Information.</li><li>
Verify reinforcement installation, concrete placement, formwork, post-tensioning (where applicable), and structural connections prior to construction activities.</li><li>
Witness inspections and testing of structural materials including concrete, reinforcement steel, grout, and other structural components.</li><li>
Monitor contractor workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and health and safety requirements.</li><li>
Identify construction issues and coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical specialists, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and interface challenges.</li><li>
Prepare site inspection reports, non-conformance reports, site instructions, and monitor timely close-out of corrective actions.</li><li>

Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to design, coordinate, and oversee mechanical systems for construction and facilities management projects.
