</li><li>Monitor subcontractor performance against project KPIs, productivity metrics, quality standards, and construction schedules; escalate deviations proactively.
</li><li>Verify and process subcontractor invoices, variations, claims, and change requests , ensuring alignment with contract terms and project controls.
</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and correspondence , including progress reports, RFIs, approvals, NCRs, field change requests, and contractual notifications.
</li><li>Ensure subcontractors adhere to project specifications , engineering drawings, method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality requirements.
</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, planning, and project controls teams to support smooth execution of Mechanical and Piping works.
</li><li>Identify risks related to schedule, cost, interfaces, or subcontractor performance , and support mitigation measures in coordination with project leadership.
</li><li>Participate in site coordination meetings , progress meetings, technical reviews, and commercial discussions with subcontractors and internal teams.
</li><li>Monitor HSSE performance and ensure subcontractor compliance with ADNOC and project-specific Health, Safety, Security, and Environment requirements.
