</li><li>Responsible for developing and establishing systems, procedures and standards for effective implementation of the Project in line with International Codes and Standards, Owner specifications, local regulations and Owner&rsquo;s HSE policies, philosophies and requirements for Loss Prevention Engineering.
</li><li>Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
</li><li>Reporting to the PMC Engineering Manager and works under his direction.
</li><li>Ensure quality and accuracy of Contractor&rsquo;s Loss Prevention Engineering activities.
</li><li>Review and approve Contractor&rsquo;s work and ensure compliance with Contract obligations, Project specifications, relevant codes and standards, design philosophy, and Industry best practices.
</li><li>Provide PMC Loss Prevention performance data and reports to PMC Management and the Owner.
</li><li>Provide technical guidance to develop new specifications and update existing specifications.
</li><li>Review technical bid submissions and perform technical bid analysis.
</li><li>Participate in Layout, P&amp;lD, PHASER, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Layout Safety Reviews, PSSR, constructability reviews, 3D Model reviews, safety audits, QRA workshops, etc.
</li><li>Provide Loss Prevention Engineering expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models.
</li><li>Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers.
</li><li>Participate in analysis during Contractor and Vendor pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation.
</li><li>Ensure quality and accuracy of Contractor&rsquo;s Loss Prevention Engineering activities and review deliverables including philosophies, data sheets, specifications, layouts, close out reports, detailed drawings, etc. pertaining to risk studies, loss prevention systems, firefighting equipment, muster station, TGR&rsquo;s, TSRs, Safety Signage, hazardous areas classifications, etc.
</li><li>Review any Project specific Risk Management Systems and criteria pertaining to Loss Prevention.
</li><li>Manager &amp; review of HSEIAs for Loss Prevention Engineering inputs, including reviewing hazards and effects registers, bow tie diagrams, HSECES register, HSCES performance standards and procedures, etc.
</li><li>Review Emergency Response procedures and plans for Loss Prevention inputs including alignment with Owner specifications and standards etc.
</li><li>Provide assistance and support to Construction, Pre- commissioning and Commissioning phases of the works.
</li><li>Review Action Tracking Registers and ensure close out of all Loss Prevention actions arising out of key reviews, workshops, HSSEQ studies, safety related concerns, etc.
</li><li>Review technical bid submissions and perform technical bid analysis for Loss Prevention discipline.
</li><li>Provide Loss Prevention Engineering expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models.
</li><li>Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline Engineers
</li><li>Participate in analysis during Contractor and Vendor pre-qualification, bid evaluation and performance evaluation.
</li><li>Assist in the handling of correspondence related to Loss Prevention.
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering.
</li><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree is an advantage.
</li></ul>Experience Required
<ul><li>Strong experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering phases.
</li><li>Experience in Onshore and Offshore ADNOC projects is preferred.
</li><li>Strong Experience in handling offshore PMC projects
</li>Wide working knowledge of PMC flow of work, considerable engineering knowledge in large O&amp;G Projects each in his specialty, considerable knowledge of international codes and standards. ADNOC Offshore &amp; PMC experience.
