 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Navi. This role is at the heart of our people function, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes, providing first-line support for employee queries, managing HR systems, and driving process excellence.  Must Haves
 
 
 
 
 ● 1 to 2 years of HR experience and Master&rsquo;s degree/PGDM in HR.
 
 
 ● Experience in working on HRMS system (Darwinbox preferred);

 ● Excellent verbal, written communication and people skills;
 
 
 ● Self directed, the ability to complete work in a timely manner without active supervision is paramount but similarly important is knowing when to ask for help;
