</li><li>Liaise with teaching and non-teaching staff and respond to enquiries on matters within the postholder&rsquo;s responsibility
</li><li>Link to Aldar HQ for all Secondary related issues/tasks
</li><li>Design new documents, where necessary, to improve Secondary Academy&rsquo;s effectiveness
</li><li>Attend any training deemed necessary in relation to the role of Admin Support &ndash; Secondary
</li><li>Support new staff &ndash; arrival, induction, accommodation and any other requirements
</li><li>Maintaining up to date records for all Secondary pupils on engage
</li><li>Assist with the preparation of Secondary PTCs
</li><li>Mail merge letters to provide a more personalised service for parents and attached to DMS system
</li><li>Responsible for all communications to Secondary parents including Homework, Educational visits and invitations to events
</li><li>Ensure all fire registers are up to date and accurate for the Secondary School
</li><li>Process any student leavers forms for whole school, update Engage and forward to Admissions
