5. Liaise closely with inter-departments for the related support services.<br>
6. Make hotel, air ticket, training, and medical arrangements as required.<br>
7. Maintaining up to date records of visa, gate pass, shipments, transport arrangements, enabling to update the Client for timely renewals/arrangements and liaise with relevant department for the arrangements.<br>
8. Ensure all expense related documents are received by the respective services providers and been posted for finalization of DA.<br>
9. Ensure that the SAP/Fiori is updated with services provided against each DA.</p>
