<li><b>Long-form content</b>: Case studies, application notes, white papers, thought-leadership posts, and downloadable guides; conduct SME interviews to translate technical detail into business value.</li>
<li><b>Product &amp; solutions messaging</b>: Create feature&ndash;benefit narratives, positioning statements, and customer-proof points</li>
</ul><ul><li><b>Video/audio scripts</b>: Draft outlines and scripts for explainer videos, product demos, and short format clips; support interview prep.</li>

<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.</li>
