What You Will Do<ul><li>Production Lead photography and videography team and operations across all of our entities companies &mdash; property shoots, events, campaigns, and branded content</li></ul><ul><li>Concept Develop creative concepts for video and photo campaigns in line with each brand's identity and campaign objectives</li></ul><ul><li>Direction Direct on-site shoots &mdash; managing lighting, composition, talent, and timing to deliver high-quality output consistently</li></ul><ul><li>Editing Own post-production end-to-end &mdash; colour grading, video editing, sound design, and final delivery across all required formats</li></ul><ul><li>Reels &amp; Social Produce short-form video content (reels, stories, clips) optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn</li></ul><ul><li>Events Cover all company events, brand activations, roadshows, award ceremonies &mdash; delivering edited content within in a timely manner.</li></ul><ul><li>Archive Maintain an organised library of all photo and video assets, properly labelled and accessible to the marketing team</li></ul><ul><li>Coordination Brief and coordinate with the Creative &amp; Design team on any motion graphics or visual overlays needed for final output</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of professional photography and videography experience, ideally within real estate, luxury, or lifestyle</li></ul><ul><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and video production, property, events, and branded content</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve or equivalent</li></ul><ul><li>Confident operating professional camera equipment, gimbals, and lighting setups</li></ul><ul><li>Creative thinker who can develop concepts independently, not just execute briefs</li></ul><ul><li>Organised and deadline-driven, able to manage multiple shoots and edits simultaneously</li></ul><ul><li>UAE experience preferred, familiar with real estate visual standards and portal requirements</li></ul><ul><li>Very good english required; Arabic is a plus</li></ul>Driver&rsquo;s license, car is a plusJob Type: Full-time
