About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Real Estate Content Creator to join our team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content that showcases our properties, team, and company culture across social media and other digital platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos (property tours, lifestyle videos, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes).</li><li>Create eye-catching photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Brainstorm creative campaigns and content ideas to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns and property launches.</li><li>Stay updated on social media trends, real estate marketing trends, and viral content formats.</li><li>Write compelling captions, video scripts, and storyboards.</li><li>Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Strong skills in content creation, videography, photography, and editing (mobile or professional camera).</li><li>Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or CapCut.</li><li>Familiarity with social media analytics and algorithms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.</li><li>Strong communication and time-management skills.</li><li>Prior experience in real estate or luxury/lifestyle content is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A creative, collaborative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities to grow your personal brand while growing ours.</li><li>Access to luxury properties and exclusive real estate events to create content.</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
