Warehouse Manager A Well Reputed Industrial Company in Alexandria Egypt is Currently Hiring A Warehouse Manager with Minimum 10 Years’ Experience Monitoring &amp; Observing Large/ High Volume Capacity Warehouses Industrial Companies Only.  The Proper Candidates should have plenty of Flexibility and Managing skills to lead the whole team and dealing with other Departments’ workflow and needs. Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Warehouse Operations Management:<ul><li>Oversee all inbound and outbound warehouse activities (Spare parts, packing materials, raw materials &amp; finished product Stocks)</li><li>Monitor and manage daily workflow, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all orders.</li><li>Implement and manage inventory control systems</li><li>Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment</li></ul></li><li>Team Leadership &amp; Development:<ul><li>Lead, motivate, and coach the warehouse team to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety targets.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback.</li></ul></li><li>Inventory Control &amp; Accuracy:<ul><li>Implement Strong cycle to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.</li><li>Resolve inventory Problems.</li></ul></li></ol>  <ol><li>Health, Safety &amp; Security:<ul><li>Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies (e.g., OSHA standards, Egyptian labor laws, fire safety).</li><li>Develop and enforce warehouse safety procedures.</li><li>Implement security measures.  </li></ul></li><li>Logistics &amp; Transportation Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate with transportation providers (in-house or third-party) for timely inbound and outbound shipments.</li><li>Optimize loading and unloading processes</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for all shipments, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms (if international).  </li></ul></li><li>Technology &amp; Continuous Improvement:<ul><li>Maximize the use of the Warehouse Management (SAP-ERP System).  </li></ul></li><li>Reporting &amp; Communication:<ul><li>Generate and analyze regular reports on warehouse KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, shipping errors, cost per unit, safety incidents).</li><li>Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., Production, Purchasing, Accounting) to ensure seamless Logistics Department.</li></ul></li></ol> Qualifications:  <ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration Or related field.</li><li>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of [10-15] years of progressive experience in warehouse management with at least 5 Years as manager at Major Corporates</li><li>Experience in Industrial Filed</li></ul></li></ul>

 Own and manage multilingual SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing, ensuring performance across key global markets.

 Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive demand generation among our target ICPs.

 Manage and optimize paid media budgets exceeding &euro;500K annually, ensuring strong ROI and efficient spend across channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives by running A/B tests on landing pages and website flows to improve conversion from paid traffic to pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build reporting frameworks that connect paid media performance to pipeline and revenue, moving beyond vanity metrics like impressions and clicks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with BDRs, Sales, and Product Marketing to align paid campaigns with ICP targeting, messaging, and revenue goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to continuously improve campaign performance across markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, ensuring continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.
 </li>

 Leverage automation and AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, reporting workflows, and performance insights.

 What You&rsquo;ll Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>

 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media management, with deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing large paid media budgets (&euro;500K+) with a strong focus on efficiency and measurable ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience running multilingual B2B campaigns across multiple markets (SaaS or tech environments preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 A demand generation mindset, focused on driving pipeline and revenue rather than just traffic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to build dashboards, interpret attribution models, and derive actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of ICP targeting, buyer journeys, and B2B marketing funnels, enabling meaningful collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing for landing pages and website flows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced knowledge of tracking, Google Tag Manager, and attribution frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a SaaS, tech, or scale-up environment is strongly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation platforms to enhance marketing performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
