Seasonal Dispatcher/Customer Service

Service First Heating and Air Conditioning is a locally owned HVAC company committed to excellent customer service and smooth operations. Our dispatch team is the heartbeat of our summer field service flow. If you love organizing, helping people, and keeping things on track, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for part time seasonal (Summer 2026) dispatching / office help, Monday - Friday (between the hours of 7:30-3:30)

Responsibilities:

Dispatching HVAC appointments - schedule and coordinate daily appointments with technicians and customers

Answering the phone promptly and professionally

Communicate changes, updates, and priorities between technicians, customers, and dispatching staff.

Monitor schedules to optimize routes and response times

Working hand in hand with Dispatcher, and Manager

Administrative tasks

Maintain a positive attitude in a fast - paced work environment

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

• Newtown, PA 18940: Relocate before starting work (Required)
