Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Rides along and assists PBV drivers with the delivery, placement, and merchandising of product.

**THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS THROUGH LABOR DAY**

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Ride along on all routes assisting with unloading product, merchandising, rotation, and placement of product.
• Assist drivers with backroom organization.

• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to perform frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs. Frequent pulling and pushing of product in excess of 100 lbs. Basic math and computer skills needed. Must have good communication skills and have the ability to work well with others. Must enjoy physical labor and have the ability to adapt.

ESSENTIAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS

Mental Functions

Repetitive job requiring frequent, but not more than normal mental or visual effort or alertness.

Physical Functions

Frequently (34%-66%) required to sit and walk. Constantly (67-100%) required to stand, walk and lift up to 55 pounds.

EQUIPMENT USED

Pallet jacks, hand trucks, calculator and coolift

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES

None required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English proficiently.
