Secondary Market Listing Agent

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Secondary Market Listing Agent to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of proven experience in listing and selling residential properties, with a strong focus on the secondary (resale) market. This role is ideal for agents who are confident in sourcing listings, managing sellers, and closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and secure residential property listings in the secondary market
• Manage seller relationships and provide accurate market pricing advice
• Market listings across major property portals and internal systems
• Conduct property viewings and handle buyer inquiries
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from listing to closing
• Maintain updated property data, documentation, and CRM records
• Stay informed on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in listing and selling properties (mandatory)
• Experience in the Dubai secondary/resale market is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and CRM systems
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
