Secondary Market Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a minimum of 15 active property listings.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive prices, trends, and opportunities.
• Generate leads and close deals in the secondary property market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s secondary property market.
• Listing at least few.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional, presentable, and motivated to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
