Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Secondary Real Estate Agent to join our team. This role focuses on the resale property market, working with buyers and sellers to close successful transactions while actively sourcing new property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage buying and selling of secondary (resale) properties
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice
• Negotiate and close deals efficiently
• Source and bring new property listings to the company
• Stay updated on market trends and property values
• Must know how to use CRM Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizle
• Active on Social Media Posting

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate is preferred
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English (Advanced level)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently
