Responsibilities:

• Generate inventory and leads for secondary market - sales and rentals through listings.
• Coordinate with property owners, buyers, developers, mortgage brokers, and legal representatives.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the property market.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
