About the Role

We are hiring experienced Secondary Market Sales Representatives specializing in resale and rental properties in Dubai. This role focuses on closing deals between property owners and buyers/tenants, ensuring the best market value and smooth transaction process.

This is a full-time, commission-based role with strong earning potential and full company support.

Key Responsibilities

• Source property listings from landlords (cold calling, networking, referrals)
• Conduct property valuations based on current market trends
• List properties on major portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate deals between:
• Buyer & Seller
• Tenant & Landlord
• Manage full transaction process:
• MOU (Form F)
• Tenancy contracts
• Transfer procedures
• Coordinate with mortgage advisors and conveyancers
• Build and maintain strong landlord relationships
• Ensure effective pricing and marketing strategies
• Close sales and leasing deals efficiently

Compensation & Pay Range

• Commission Structure: 50/50 split
• Typical Earnings: AED 5,000 – AED 20,000+ per month (Uncapped)
• Revenue Streams:
• Sales Commission (approx. 2%)
• Leasing Commission (approx. 5%)

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate (secondary/resale or leasing preferred)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication (English-speaking required)
• Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market & pricing trends
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Self-driven, ambitious, and client-focused

Work Schedule

• 5 days/week
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible)
• Office-based lead handling as per Team Leader schedule
