Job Description

Kamdhenu Real Estate LLC is looking for a Retail Property Specialist to handle leasing and sales of shops, showrooms, and retail units across high-footfall locations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Lease and sell retail shops, showrooms, and mall units

Work with brands, entrepreneurs, and retail investors

Conduct property tours and commercial feasibility discussions

Negotiate rental terms and close deals

Coordinate with landlords, developers, and mall management

Maintain updated retail property listings

Requirements

Experience in retail real estate leasing or sales

Understanding of footfall, visibility, and location strategy

Strong communication and negotiation skills
