We are hiring a Secondary Market Office Space Specialist to manage leasing and sales of office properties across key business districts in Dubai. This role is suited for professionals who understand corporate client needs and commercial leasing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Lease and sell fitted, shell & core, and commercial office spaces

Advise corporate clients, SMEs, and investors

Conduct property viewings and prepare proposals

Negotiate lease terms and close transactions

Maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants

Track market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

Experience in office leasing/sales in Dubai

Strong corporate client handling skills

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
