You won’t be left cold-calling or chasing dead leads. Our system connects you with qualified buyers and sellers — allowing you to focus on negotiations and deal-making.

What You’ll Do

• Represent buyers and sellers in ready property transactions across Dubai’s prime communities.
• Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations.
• Advise clients on pricing strategies and investment potential.
• Collaborate with Aston Gate’s Asset Management team to package properties for international investors.
• Build a personal portfolio of repeat clients and referrals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven real estate sales experience in Dubai’s secondary market.
• Strong understanding of Dubai communities, pricing, and transaction flow.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Self-driven, professional, and ambitious personality.
• Ability to work with international buyers and investors.

COMMISSION BASED + TRAVEL ALLOWANCE + ESIM ALLOWANCE

Pay: AED200,000.00 - AED500,000.00 per year
