The client is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Secretary to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO and senior management team. The role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing Minutes of Meeting, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: Assist the CEO and management in daily operations and correspondence. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements. Prepare agendas and Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with follow-up actions. Draft reports, presentations, and official communications. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Strong organization, multitasking, and MS Office proficiency. Discreet, dependable, and professionally presentable.
