Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Secretary at Zawaya, located in Kuwait City. The Secretary will be responsible for managing day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks, providing executive support to the management team, and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities include managing communications, handling customer inquiries, receiving phone calls, welcoming clients at the office, and supporting scheduling and organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in company secretarial work
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in office software tools and technology
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles is preferred
