We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Secretary to join our team! Duties

  • Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, proofread documents, and ensure accuracy in all clerical tasks
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using calendar management software
  • Support bookkeeping activities with basic QuickBooks entries and financial record keeping
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients, answering inquiries, and supporting overall office needs
  • Handle incoming correspondence, prepare reports, and assist with general office management tasks such as filing and supply ordering

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in construction is advantageous
  • Knowledge of office management procedures, data entry, filing systems, and customer support practices

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.69 - $30.00 per hour
