About Us:
FAJER ALSALAM TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C is a leading company in the field of technical services based in Dubai. We specialize in delivering top-notch services to our clients, and as part of our commitment to excellence, we are expanding our team. We are looking for a reliable and efficient Secretary to support our operations and contribute to the success of our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office tasks, including answering phone calls, handling emails, and scheduling appointments
  • Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and reports for the management team
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent service
  • Maintain and update office filing and documentation systems
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and payroll processing
  • Organize and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Perform other secretarial duties as required by the management team

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in the technical services or related industries is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED40.00 - AED50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
