We are seeking a highly professional Secretary to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to Management
  • Review and verify key documents
  • Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and executive correspondence
  • Attend meetings and record accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Handle executive communications (emails, calls, correspondence)
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in admin/secretarial role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to handle confidential and high-level tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
