  • Must be professional in creating emails.

  • Managing an active calendar of events and appointments , phone calls and emails . Plan , Coordinate and ensure schedule is followed .
  • Drafting letters , filling forms , coordination and communication with Contractor, Suppliers and colleagues .
  • Establish , implement and maintain filling systems.
  • Provide general support.
  • Coordinate tasks and assignments as directed.
  • Require good command on English and computer skills .
  • Run general errands.
  • MUST have Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • MUST have Experience with office management software s like Outlook, MS office - Excel & word.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as sercretary
