- Must be professional in creating emails.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Preparing qoutation
- Managing an active calendar of events and appointments , phone calls and emails . Plan , Coordinate and ensure schedule is followed .
- Drafting letters , filling forms , coordination and communication with Contractor, Suppliers and colleagues .
- Establish , implement and maintain filling systems.
- Provide general support.
- Coordinate tasks and assignments as directed.
- Require good command on English and computer skills .
- Run general errands.
- MUST have Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- MUST have Experience with office management software s like Outlook, MS office - Excel & word.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as sercretary
