This position serves as the secretary and management assistant to district/site manager in an MRS district administrative unit. Position is responsible for coordination of office activities, is knowledgeable of confidential personnel matters and performs a full range of management support secretarial assignments. Serves as lead administrative support for the district. Serves as the district Procurement Card holder; completes authorized purchases in accordance with State of MI procurement policies. Performs related work as assigned.
