Secretary / Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with meeting coordination, documentation, email drafting, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Prepare and record meeting minutes and maintain meeting documentation
  • Draft professional emails, memos, and official correspondence
  • Assist in salary verification and basic administrative documentation
  • Maintain organized records of office communications and reports
  • Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensure timely follow-up on meetings and internal communications

Requirements:

  • Any Graduation (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Female candidates preferred

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles (Freshers can apply)
