Secretary / Administrative Coordinator

A Toe Truck Company is seeking a sharp, dependable, and highly organized Secretary /

Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations at our Parker headquarters.

This is a key position at the center of our operation, ideal for someone who thrives in a

fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with leadership, dispatch, and customers, playing a direct role in maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction across the company.

Responsibilities:

● Provide administrative support to leadership and office operations

● Answer phones, manage communication, and assist customers professionally

● Draft emails, documents, reports, and internal communications

● Process vehicle and property releases in compliance with agency requirements

● Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation

● Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and internal teams

● Assist with contracts, invoicing, and general office workflow

● Support daily office functions including scanning, emailing, and organization

● Perform additional duties as assigned in a dynamic environment

What We’re Looking For

● Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience

● Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

● Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize

● Detail-oriented and dependable

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

● Proficient with basic office equipment and computer systems

● Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and agencies

● Clean background check

Bonus Points:

Experience in towing, impound, logistics, or high-volume service environments.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
