Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support – Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the GM Office, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Technology Savvy – Perform data entry, manage team calendars, and generate reports with precision.
Liaison & Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact between the GM, executives, and employees.
Meeting Coordination – Schedule, organize, and follow up on internal and external meetings for the GM Office.
Decision-Making Support – Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insightful recommendations for administrative and strategic decisions.
Office Management – Maintain an organized and efficient work environment while ensuring discretion and confidentiality in all matters.

What We’re Looking For:

Gender: Female (Bahraini National)
Education: Secondary/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR, or a related field.
Availability: Ready to join immediately
Languages: Bilingual – Strong proficiency in English & Arabic.
Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and office management tools.
