Key Responsibilities:
✔ Executive Support – Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the GM Office, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
✔ Technology Savvy – Perform data entry, manage team calendars, and generate reports with precision.
✔ Liaison & Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact between the GM, executives, and employees.
✔ Meeting Coordination – Schedule, organize, and follow up on internal and external meetings for the GM Office.
✔ Decision-Making Support – Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insightful recommendations for administrative and strategic decisions.
✔ Office Management – Maintain an organized and efficient work environment while ensuring discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Gender: Female (Bahraini National)
✅ Education: Secondary/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR, or a related field.
✅ Availability: Ready to join immediately
✅ Languages: Bilingual – Strong proficiency in English & Arabic.
