• Prepare, format, and maintain official correspondence, reports, and documents related to government transactions (e.g., DEWA, DLD, Dubai Municipality, MOE, etc.).

• Good Knowledge on project registration in OQOOD system, Tarkheesi, TAS, Nooqdi.

• Off plan and induvial unit registration as well in OQOOD

• Manage filing systems (both physical and digital) for government-related documentation, ensuring confidentiality and traceability.

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely circulation of follow-up actions.

• Track all applications and renewals (licenses, permits, title deeds, etc.) and maintain updated records.

• Act as a liaison between the Government Relations Officers (PROs) and internal departments to ensure timely submission of documents and information.

• Coordinate with relevant government authorities and service centers when required.

• Communicate status updates of ongoing transactions to management and concerned departments.

• Support in responding to government-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.

• Ensure all government transactions comply with applicable laws and company policies.

• Prepare periodic reports on the status of government relations activities for management review.

• Support in audit preparations and document verification processes.

• Assist PROs in obtaining necessary approvals, attestations, or documentation when required.

• Arrange transportation, courier services, and document dispatch for government submissions.

• Handle petty cash and expense claims related to government transactions (if assigned).
