Secretary / Office Administrator

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We’re looking for a proactive Secretary/Office Admin to support our site operations in Dubai.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize project and office documentation

  • Assist with payroll administration and timesheets

  • Prepare and edit PDF documents and letters

  • Create and update Excel trackers and reports

  • Support with invoicing, quotations, and general correspondence

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Basic experience in document editing (PDF, Word)

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

  • Excellent communication skills in English
