As the Group Secretarial Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Company Secretary and ensuring the seamless execution of secretarial and organizational tasks. This position requires professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of corporate governance practices.
- Manage the Group Company Secretary's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases related to corporate governance and compliance.
- Arrange and schedule board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder events.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking venues, arranging catering, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Compliance & Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with other departments and teams to facilitate effective communication and cooperation.
