Job description:

Assist in managing daily office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.

Support senior staff with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and report compilation.

Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.

Coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.

Maintain and update office records, databases, and contact lists with accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and meeting agendas as required.

Assist in the preparation and formatting of presentations, reports, and other business documents.

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Support the team in organizing company events, training sessions, and workshops.

Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained in good working order.

Requirements

Undergraduate or graduate of the Institute of Administration and Secretariat, Faculty of Commerce, or Faculty of Law (or equivalent).

Preferably residing in Giza or nearby areas.

Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
