ASA Chartered Accountants and Consultants is seeking a Student / fresh graduate Secretary (Trainee) to join our professional team in Giza .

Office Location:

58A Teraa El Zomor Street, Al-Haram, Giza

Job description:

  • Assist in managing daily office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Support senior staff with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and report compilation.
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and contact lists with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and meeting agendas as required.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support the team in organizing company events, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained in good working order.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate of the Institute of Administration and Secretariat, Faculty of Commerce, or Faculty of Law (or equivalent).
